What to Expect
The resort sits on the rim of the Great Rift Valley, a scenic setting that gives teams a break from the office and room to focus. Your package covers accommodation, the conference itself, meals and the journey from Nairobi, so one booking handles the logistics.
On the day, your team has conference equipment and stationery, morning and afternoon tea and a buffet lunch, followed by a buffet dinner and an overnight stay. A dedicated B Hudson Tours coordinator works with the hotel before the event and stays with you throughout. Nairobi pick-up points are flexible.

Board your private vehicle at a pick-up point in Nairobi that suits your team, with complimentary drinking water on the journey, and travel to Great Rift Valley Lodge & Golf Resort.
Hold your full-day conference with the equipment and stationery provided, with morning and afternoon tea, a buffet lunch and a buffet dinner. Your coordinator liaises with the hotel throughout.
Enjoy breakfast, check out and travel back to Nairobi by private transport. Team-building activities and excursions can be added on request.
