Payments and Deposits

• Booking deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure and confirm all luxury lodging, regional flights and private logistics.
• Final balance: Full and final payment must be settled at least 30 days prior to the scheduled travel date. For bookings made within 30 days of travel, 100% payment is required immediately upon confirmation.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation fees are calculated based on the date the written notice is received relative to the scheduled travel date:

• 31 or more days prior to travel: the 50% initial deposit is retained as a cancellation fee.
• 11 to 30 days prior to travel: 75% of the total booking value is charged as a cancellation fee.
• 10 days or fewer prior to travel, or no-show: 100% of the total booking value is charged as a cancellation fee.

Peak Season Exception

• Bookings that fall within high-season windows (for example the July to October migration and the festive season) are subject to the individual non-refundable booking terms enforced by our partner luxury lodges, and are 100% non-refundable upon confirmation.
