Description
Visit Hell’s Kitchen, also known as the Marafa Depression, a dramatic sandstone gorge of red, orange and white cliffs inland from Malindi. The shapes and colours change with the light, which makes it one of the most photographed natural sights on the Kenya coast.

The ground can be uneven and the sun strong, so take your time and drink plenty of water. There is time for photographs and for the views from the rim.
You are back on the coast by about 2 pm. Wear comfortable walking shoes, a hat and light clothing, and bring sun cream and drinking water. Contact our team to confirm availability and to book.
